Use Writing Companion 21 times
While writing, tap “Writing Companion” in the bottom-left corner. Each use counts toward your progress, which you can check in Settings—for example, 5 / 21.Your experience survey becomes available
Once you reach 21 uses, open Settings. You’ll see “Survey available”—tap “Fill out survey” to begin.Complete and submit the survey
After you submit it, we’ll review your response. This usually takes 1–3 days.Once confirmed, receive a free 14-day Premium trial
Once you receive the confirmation email, return to floe and tap “Activate now.” Your 14-day trial begins on the day you activate it.After you submit the survey, we’ll check that your response is complete and based on your actual experience using floe. Once confirmed, we’ll notify you at the email address you provided in the survey.

After 21 Writing Companion sessions, floe opens the feedback survey.

Where can I find the survey?
After 21 Writing Companion sessions, open it in the floe app under “Settings → Fill Out the Survey”.
How do I get 14 days of Premium?
Complete 21 Writing Companion sessions to unlock the survey, then submit it by November 5, 2026, 8:00 PM (GMT+8).
We’ll check that it’s complete and reflects real use. Once approved, you’ll get 14 days of Premium free.
We’ll email the result to the address you left in the survey.
Is there a limit on surveys?
No. There’s no limit on surveys, but the program does have a deadline.
What will the survey ask?
It asks about your real experience with floe — which features stood out, whether starting to write got easier, where you got stuck, and whether you’d keep using it.
It takes about 3–5 minutes.
Why do you need my email?
We use it to match your floe account, share the review result, and provide Premium access once approved.
